Could you tell us briefly about your family background ?

I belong to a family of academicians who have been zealously engaged in the upliftment of the education standards particularly in the educationally backward areas. My father retired as a Principal at prestigious Vaish College Bhiwani, My brother, my wife my bhabi, all are engaged in the field of education.


Job Profile:

My present designation is Associate Prof. I have been teaching the subjects of Business laws, economics and marketing. I have associated with many responsible positions in my institution such as Dean Commerce faculty, Coordinator IQAC, editor college Magazine,Proctorial Head, Chairman Sports Board.

Career Profile:

My past, present and future wud be in the field of education there fore i am totally hued in the colours of education only. I find my self engaged in the untiring endeavour of understanding students psychological needs and evolve ways to sensitise them towards the problems of society.


Changes In The Professional Environment:

the computers have made a lot of difference in today's approach and approach followed by us in yesteryears,but the basic spirit and hunger to excel and advance is same.


Done Differently:

I would have undoubtedly equipped myself with today's hi tech computer education and wud have used these gadgets to my advantage. Practical training and first hand usage knowledge of the theories in books would be on the top of my priorities.


Advice For New Professionals:

Be honest and true to yourself.


Prized Accomplishment(s):

smiles and satisfaction writ large on the faces of my students sitting in class and respect in the eyes of students who have passed out.


Growth Strategy:

I have been nurturing my dreams to excel and advance in my field. I have not let my urge to know more and more get buried.


Plans For The Future:

I find myself very subtly residing in the hearts and minds of my students who are and shall remain my proud assets.


Degrees That Matter:

Sky is the limit in my profession.


Working Life Management:

when one enjoys the work and field in which he is, the balance automatically is achieved and every thing flows smoothly.


Other Thoughts:

I have been writing poems but only for myself as i derive immense satisfaction out of this. I would like to quote a couplet of one of my ghajals which can give you a hint of muself. Jisne aasmanon mein kabhie meel ka pathar nahin dekha, ai khuda mujhko aise parindo kee ravani de de.


Role Model:


The naughty bold expressions of Khushwant Singh, The dedication of my student Dheeraj Kumar who topped the unversity and bagged the coveted Gold Medal fighting all odds and constraints,the writing skills and abilities of persons of the stature of Barkha Dutt,Shashi Tharoor inspire me.

Unemployment: Do Not Just Play With Data

Amidst much talked about and widely publicised Govt. Initiatives of ‘Make in India’, ‘Digital India’ and ‘Skill India’ the focus has very naturally been projected on growth and employment opportunities generated through these schemes. The treasury and opposition benches continue to make claims and counter claims in the hackneyed manner, creating the annoying confusion in the minds of a common man. Playing with statistics or numerical data is like trying your hands at clay which can suitably be moulded to create God or devil. Callous vs Cautious Optimism

Economy, defense structure, foreign relations, internal peace and security, cultural bondage and heritage are the pillars on which any country can stand tall and firm. If we test the strength of these pillars in our country, there seems to be total fragility cued by an element of uncertainty with regard to these very important sectors projecting Nation’s pride and prestige. A stable Govt. at the centre navigating the country’s policies and programs undoubtedly carries the responsibility of making and crafting policies in such a way that the all round growth and development is achieved and experienced.
